- Parts integrity and correct specification. We specify the grade of lock that matches your door, your usage, and your security needs, not what we have excess stock of. If we install a Grade 2 commercial lever on a high-traffic office door in the Near Southside, that’s what you’ll find on the invoice and on your frame.
- Site condition on departure. We leave no metal shavings in your threshold, no packaging in your bushes, and no drill dust on your floor. The photo record we provide shows the completed work and the clean workspace around it.
